Witch Broom Treat Bags for Halloween {how-to video}

Hi there and happy Sunday!!

Just a quick post to share with you a fun Halloween project I made. I've been seeing these witch brooms treat bags for some time and I really wanted to make them but I can't find mini kraft bags where I live (any kind of kraft bags are not very easy to find here). So I decided to make them from scratch and because I love how they turned out, I decided to make a video and share the process with you because they're super easy and fun to make, and because you can make them with your kids as a Hallloween activity.

These bags are perfect to store cake pops (those inserted with sticks) or candy (as I show in the video) on your Halloween party table or to give them as gifts. I hope you give them a try!

Thanks for stopping by, big hugs!!

Supply list:
- Kraft wrapping paper
- Paper straws
- Lawn Fawn dies: Tiny Tags
- Lawn Fawn twine
- Lawn Fawn stamps: Spooktacular

Home for the Holidays - Lawn Fawn October inspiration week

It's last day of Lawn Fawn inspiration week but we have some cool projects for you on the Lawn Fawn blog while we wait for another inspiration week next month :)

Today we're featuring Home for the Holidays mini stamp set and coordinating die, a cute mini card perfect for holidays but that we can use the whole year in other projects (I love that!)

I made another shaker card and this time I used Ready Set Snow stamps to create it so the car travels inside a shaker ball he he

The sentiment is from Merry Messages and the papers are from Perfeclty Plaid Christmas. I colored the images with my Copic markers and the sky with Distress inks. I hope you like it!!

Perfectly Plaid Winter & Plan on It Holidays - LF October inspiration week

Hi there!

Lawn Fawn inspiration week continues and I have more projects to share with you!

First a card featuring Perfectly Plaid Paper, the plaid series all blues and greys... so elegant and pretty!

I made a shaker card combining the papers with Cheery Christmas and Winter Big Scripty Words. I love that this paper line combines great with kraft :D

The critters from Cheery Christmas are the cutest!!

I've been thinking hot to feature Plan On It Holidays but without using it on my planner... something different... And because I wasn't able to use the new envelope die during the past inspiration week I thought of decorated envelopes and then party invitations! Because have you seen the cute party sentiment included in the set? I needed to use it!

So I created two examples of seasonal party invitations, but, of course, you can make lots of differents for all year round :)
My first choice was Halloween, I love it and it's just around the corner

And my second choice was Easter. Why? Beecause of THAT bunny. OMG it's too cute for words!!

I hope you give these projects a try or at least that they insipre you in some way :)

Card & Tag for Christmas with Avery Elle

Today I'm on the Avery Elle blog featuring some products from their Fall release. I made a Christmas card and a Christmas tag just to be ready when the time comes ;)

For the card I used Happy Howlidays and Caroling Critters to create this little scene. It seems that I'm in a purple mood for cards lately haha
I used some GLossy Accents on the light and my Wink of Stella pen to add some shimmer to the scarf and snow.

I kept the tag super simple. I used the Large Pinecones die on a tag and then I just watercolored on top of it. I think it'd be perfect for rustic packaging, don't you think?

I hope you like them! Thanks for stopping by, hugs!!

Scripty Be Merry - Lawn Fawn inspiration week

Lawn Fawn October inspiration week continues and today we're featuring some different word dies. I made my card using Scripty Be and Scripty Merry dies, combining them with Frosty Fairy Friends. I want to make another card with these cuties before the season ends because I really love this set!

And for the Scripty series... they're so cute!!

I kept my card simply using a white woodgrain embossed cardstock andjust adding some elements around the sentiment, so it's the star of the show.

I added some touches like Stickles to the fairies wings, Glossy Accents to the red berries and little sparkling jewels. That, combined with the vellum circle, give a cool effect to the card. Yes, I like this one :)

I hope you feel inspired with my project but don't forget to check out the other projects at the Lawn Fawn blog, they're amazing!

Thank you so much for your visit, big hugs! Enjoy the (little) rest of the weekend!

Tag for yummy treats - Lawn Fawn October inspiration week

It's second day of Lawn Fawn October inspiration week and we're featuring Tiny Tags dies and Tiny Tags Sayings stamps, I really love this kind of stamps and dies, they're super cute and perfect for looots of occassions :)

Because I missed last inspiration week because of busy work days, I wanted to share something made using sets from that week too so I picked my Baked With Joy stamps and dies to create a cute tag with the oven, adding a cute message with Tiny Tags.

Just for the pictures I baked some mini chocolate bundt cakes with chocolate glaze and sprinkled them with chopped nuts... ok, for the pictures and because it was the perfect excude to taste and share some yummy chocolate cake ha!

I colored it with Copic markers and added a piece of vellum on the oven door. It's easy to make and it sure will surprise as a tag for a homemade baked gift :)

I hope you like it! You can see more inspiring projects using these products at the Lawn Fawn blog, a video from Kelly and of course a giveaway!

Thanks for your visit and support! Have a great day!

Interactive Unicorn pull out tag + video - Lawn Fawn October inspiration week

It's the first day of Lawn Fawn October inspiration week and to celebrate I have a video tutorial to show you!

There's a lot of time since I want to share with you how to make this pull out tags. I made one some time ago using Winter Owl (you can see it here) so I though that Winter Unicorn would be perfect for the occasion. He so cuuuuuute!!!!

The other card is more detailed and colorful, of course you can make it as detailed as you want, but I kept it this way because the video is long enough haha

In this photo you can see how one tag closed and the other one open look:

I hope you enjoy the video. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask me :)

Also, you can make a super cute birthday tag just using a party hat instead of a Santa's hat and changing the inside message. It's something fun and special to give to someone you love :)

Don't forgot to visit the Lawn Fawn blog to see the amazing projects from the DT an introduction video from Kelly and participate on the giveaway!
